There was great interest in the training course for the DSSAT software, one of the most widely used crop simulation modeling platforms for cropping system studies and forecasting with more than 42 types of crops. The course, hosted by Prof. Asseng's Digital Agriculture Chair, was presented from 30/8/21 to 4/9/21 by three of the program's main developers, Dr. G. Hoogenboom, Dr. C. Porter and Dr. K. Boote, all from the University of Florida.
